4. Profanity Policy
Lucik Vision prohibits the use of language that is racist, hateful, sexual or obscene in nature in a public area. This policy extends to your Submissions, Postings and all other areas of the website that another User may view. We allow Users to ‘blur’ out the bulk of the offending word with asterisks (i.e., s*** or f***).
Please report any violations of this policy for review. If a feedback comment; or any communication made between Users on the Website; or email communication between Users contain profanity, please review our feedback removal policy and submit a request for action/removal.

The details pertaining to each customer complaint lodged (including the status of the complaint and tracking details) are provided in the return e-mails which are sent back to the customers.

In addition to these Conditions of Use, the terms found here apply to any software (including any updates or upgrades to the software and any related documentation) that we make available to you from time to time for your use in connection with Lucik Vision
